Message I installed a Brand new Nissan OEM AAC valve with no luck.
tps .54v

what i came across tonight was that the manual trans idle switch was inop. when in neutral the switch was not triggered. I jumped the switch and now have 15 degrees of timing at idle. i thought i found the problem. I reset timing. then readjusted the idle screw with the AAC unplugged and FSM suggest to a 750rpm idle.plugged AAC back in, then resynced timing to 15 degree timing. with AAC unplugged i have correct idle with AAC plugged back in idle slowly climbs back up to 1050rpm now.

and newly noted this car has had an ash electric fan. when the fan comes on at idle it seems to put a load on the electrical system and also causes idle to go up.

when i turn on the AC compressor it causes idle to go down, nut up as expected and the car idle too low and goes into a rough 600-700 rpm idle... getting a little frustrated at this point.

im wonder what other ecu inputs can have an influence on AAC values in the ECU strategy.
